Aside from that, it is creepy how life-like it sounds- even adding in respiration sounds and filler words!! There is maybe too much melodramatic effect.
That said, there were some errors. IgA nephropathy was called “Igan” and I can’t make out the APRIL(?) therapeutic target.

Yes, this is an enviable radio voice for sure! Agreed, the acronyms are routinely mispronounced (IgAN, IOTA, KDIGO) so we'll need to work on that with better prompts and parameters.
